R R R Bricklaying provides bricklaying, masonry, concreting, landscaping and related services as described on our website or as agreed in writing.

All services are subject to availability and project assessment.

3. Bookings

Quotations can be requested via our website, phone, or email.

You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a project, including site details, access and specific requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel quotations or bookings if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or unreasonable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided in quotations or confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

A deposit may be required to secure bookings, with the balance payable as agreed (progress-based or upon completion).

Additional charges may apply for:

• Changes to the scope of work after project commencement.
• Unforeseen site conditions or access issues.
• Additional materials, labour, or equipment required.
• Delays caused by the client or third parties.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.

Cancellations made without sufficient notice may incur a fee to cover preparation or scheduling costs.

R R R Bricklaying reserves the right to reschedule or cancel works due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, staff illness or extreme weather conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing clear and safe access to the work site.
• Ensuring necessary approvals or permits are obtained (where required).
• Notifying us of any underground services, hazards or restrictions before work begins.
• Ensuring the site is ready for work as agreed (e.g., cleared, accessible).

R R R Bricklaying is not liable for delays or costs caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain issues, or site inaccessibility.

7. Liability & Insurance

R R R Bricklaying will take reasonable care to perform all work to industry standards.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or structural defects on site.
• Damage resulting from factors outside our control (e.g., ground movement, extreme weather).
• Damage to underground services not disclosed in advance.

Customers are encouraged to maintain adequate property and project insurance coverage during the course of works.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, R R R Bricklaying shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
